We want to reassure you with your booking regarding our Safari Party no quibble covid guarantee, and you can book with confidence!
If the birthday child, lead booker or important member of the family tests positive for COVID, you can choose a new party date within 12 months of the original booking date, at no extra charge.
If the venue is closed, or government guidance means that a party cannot go ahead, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your party, within 12 months of the original booking date, at no extra charge.
Any booking that is moved will not incur any price increases.

Our Covid Pay and Play Booking Guarantee
If you or your family get covid and have to self-isolate you can move your pay and play booking at no extra cost anytime in the next 3 months. We just need to know up to 2 hours before your booking and we can move your booking to another date at no extra cost. Just call the Safari office team on 01908 565165 opt 2. We are in the office 7 days a week and cover both Milton Keynes and Peterborough. We do need to know 2 hours before your booking.
If the venue is closed, or government guidance means that your pay and play booking cannot go ahead, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
