HAF Fully Funded Play Sessions this winter at Safari Play

Safari Play Peterborough has an amazing opportunity for children and families on BENEFITED free school meals, ages 5 to 11.  You can apply for a FREE entry and a hot meal.  Your parent or carer can also get free entry to look after you.

This winter, Safari Play is proud to offer fully funded HAF Play & Eat sessions for children and families who receive benefited free school meals. Sessions taking place between 29th December and the 2nd January 2026, these sessions are designed to give children a safe, active, and joyful experience during the school holidays.

The programme, funded by the Peterborough Council Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Scheme, provides children aged 5 to 11 with:

Free entry to Safari Play, one of the region’s largest indoor play venues
2.5 hours of fun, learning, and active play
A free hot meal freshly prepared by our chefs
Free entry for one parent or carer, who must accompany each child

The goal of the HAF programme is to support families during the holidays, ensuring local children have access to safe activities and nutritious meals. Safari Play is thrilled to be part of this vital initiative once again.

A parent MUST accompany each child (please note one parent is sufficient to accompany up to 3 children).  We have limited places and each adult counts as a place so please avoid more than one parent accompanying each family so that we can accommodate more children.

Eligible families may book ONE session to ensure as many children as possible benefit. One adult can supervise up to three children, helping us maximise places.

*Spaces are limited and expected to fill quickly.
