What deposit do I have to pay to make a booking?
You can book online or over the phone and the office is open 7 days a week.  You pay £100 deposit, which is not refundable, and the balance is due when you know your final number, 10 days before your party. Safari Super Experience bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Are your party rooms accessible?

Milton Keynes: We have one party room (Jungle-themed party room) located on the ground floor, therefore is accessible. Our other party rooms are located upstairs, and we unfortunately do not have a lift. Therefore we do strongly advise booking our jungle-themed party room on the ground floor if you require easier access to the room. 

Peterborough: All of our party rooms are located on the ground floor and therefore are accessible. 

Do I have to pay for siblings that I do not invite?
Your Party Host will greet and sign in all your guests (names to be provided along with final booking details 10 days in advance of your party) and will ask the parent of any uninvited siblings to pay for their entry.

Do I have to pay for babies?
There is no charge for 5 months and under. 

Do I have to pay for adults?
There is no charge for up to 4 adults accompanying the birthday child/children. Any subsequent adults will have to pay the standard adult entry price of £2.50 per person. Feel free to browse our party brochure on page 6 to look after grown-ups on the day with tea, coffee and food platters - Milton Keynes brochure or Peterborough brochure.

Do I need to confirm the numbers before the party?
Yes please! At least 10 days before the party please give us a call or e-mail us to let us know the final numbers and a list of names. Your final balance is also due at this time.

Do I have to pay for children who fail to turn up?
The final number confirmed as above will be the chargeable amount. No refunds will be given for children who fail to turn up on the day.

Is there music in the party room?
All the party rooms have music playing for your enjoyment.

Should we arrive early?
We will organise everything for you. You may wish to arrive shortly before your party is due to start but please note that your dedicated Party Host will not be available until 10 minutes before your party.

What clothing should we take?
We ask all the children to wear sensible clothing which enables them to be active and have fun on our play structure. We recommend clothing that covers arms and legs to prevent injuries on our slides. All children must wear socks at all times. Socks are available to purchase from our reception for any child that forgets to bring them. Depending on your choice of party room, dressing up costumes will be provided before the party banquet.

Do parents have to stay whilst the children are at the party?
Parents must sign their children in and out but parents do not all have to stay.  However, we do request that at least 1 responsible adult per 8 children remain on site and these adults remain responsible for the children. To maximize your party experience we welcome the 4 complimentary adults to join the party host and party guests in the themed party room for food and the cake celebration. Whilst all other adults can continue to relax and enjoy the reserved party table in the cafe. 

Do I need to send you details of all the children attending the party?
We do ask you to update the names of the children attending on your online party portal OR you can send us a list by email and our party team will do this for you (first names are fine).  This is so that your party host can sign in all your children whilst you socialise with your guests. It makes it a lot easier on the day for you as well as your party host.    Your party host will ask for contact details of the children on arrival to help you but please remember you are responsible for all the children during the party so we do advise for you to also have a list of parent phone numbers if needed.   

How long will the party take?
We allow 80 minutes for children to enjoy the massive play equipment and imagination/role-play rooms and a further 40 minutes for the party banquet.

What happens if we have some guests with allergies to certain types of food?
Please let us know as soon as possible, and preferably at least 7 days prior to the party, regarding any dietary requirements. Our chefs will always do their best to accommodate your needs but we cannot guarantee a full alternative menu if dietary requirements are not made known to us within the 7 days requested.

Can I bring in my own birthday cake?
Yes of course. Just let us know and we will provide the matches (please do not bring your own matches or lighters) as well as arrange plates and forks for you all as part of the party.

Are party payments refundable?
Unfortunately, our parties are non-refundable. We are more than happy to move your party for you if you contact us 4 weeks ahead of the party date. 

On the day
Please arrive 10 minutes before your party start time.

Your dedicated Party Hosts will be around throughout your party to make sure you and all your guests have a great time.

On arrival, let your Party Host look after the birthday cake.

You have a dedicated area just for the parents to socialise - if you want to order any adult food or tea and coffee it will be served here for you all. 

We will make a tannoy announcement to gather up all the children at the end of the play time when it’s time to go up to the party room - it is amazing but all the children know when it is time for party food! 

Depending on your theme, your party host will take you to your private dedicated party room to serve your party food for all the children along with a birthday celebration and cutting of the cake (one of the few things you need to sort is the cake as Safari does not bake cakes). Laser tag does not have a themed room as you get the whole of Safari to yourself after Safari has closed!) 

Is there a full list of terms and conditions for party bookings?  

Yes, we have a document you agree to when you book online you receive these by email when you book over the phone.  You have a 24-hour cooling off period from the time we send your booking confirmation if for any reason you are not happy with these terms or you just change your mind.  We will refund your deposit in full if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
